USEFUL INFORMATION

For CUHK library visit during the conference period, please contact the conference secretariat before 11 December 2023, declaring your research purpose and visiting dates, in order to apply for the temporary library visit card.

A wireless LAN is installed on CUHK campus covering most of the public open areas, libraries, major classrooms, student hostels and student canteens.

1.1 Eduroam users

The Chinese University of Hong Kong joined the Eduroam in June 2008. Eduroam (EDUcation ROAMing) allows students and staff from any member institution to enjoy free Wi-Fi service in other local or overseas education institutions that are Eduroam members.

Students and staff can use their own laptop computers and the same credentials (username and password) for their home institutions to log on. Please check if your institution is an Eduroam member and create an account before visiting the CUHK.

1.2 Wi-Fi.HK via CUHK

Please connect to Wi-Fi.HK via CUHK for a 4-hour free wifi per device per day.

1.3 CUguest Wi-Fi service

Alternatively, you can apply for an account of CUguest Wi-Fi service (details will be provided at the venue) .
